These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at stedd.ai and the services provided by Stedd LLC ("Stedd," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, or by contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Stedd provides an AI-powered front office service for local service businesses. Our service can answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up on quotes, and request reviews on behalf of a business, along with related website and communication features.
By providing your mobile number to Stedd, whether by calling our published business number or submitting a request on stedd.ai, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Stedd related to your inquiry. These may include scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information collected for SMS is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Available to Founding tier clients only. If the value of work you win through Stedd during your first 60 days does not exceed the subscription fees you paid for that period, we will refund those fees in full. Won work means jobs you confirm as won that reached you through a Stedd channel: a call answered on your Stedd line, a website chat lead, or a quote follow-up sent by Stedd, valued at the job amount you confirm. Wins are confirmed through your weekly Monday Report. To stay eligible, respond to the lead alerts we send you; the guarantee does not apply if lead alerts go unanswered throughout the period. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after day 60.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stedd LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
