These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at stedd.ai and the services provided by Stedd LLC ("Stedd," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, or by contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Stedd provides a done-for-you revenue recovery service for local service contractors. On a business's behalf, Stedd answers calls, website chat, and web leads, captures and qualifies leads, follows up on sent quotes, sends lead alerts, and reports results each week. On the Pro plan it also requests reviews and tracks job outcomes. Related website and communication features are included.
Consent to receive recurring text messages from Stedd is express and is given only by checking the SMS consent box on a form at stedd.ai. Calling our published business number does not enroll you in text messages. The consent box reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Stedd LLC about my inquiry, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help."
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information collected for SMS is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to these messages is given directly to Stedd LLC and is not bundled with any other agreement; these messages are never used for affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation.
Available to founding clients only: the first ten shops that accept the founding offer on the Base plan. If the value of work you win through Stedd during your first 60 days does not exceed the subscription fees you paid for that period, we will refund those fees in full. Won work means jobs you confirm as won that reached you through a Stedd channel: a call answered on your Stedd line, a website chat lead, or a quote follow-up sent by Stedd, valued at the job amount you confirm. Wins are confirmed through your weekly Monday Report. To stay eligible, respond to the lead alerts we send you; the guarantee does not apply if lead alerts go unanswered throughout the period. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after day 60.

The website, services, and all related content, branding, and software are owned by Stedd LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stedd LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
